#9th Congress

The Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held the 9th Public Security Women’s Congress for the 2021 – 2026 term in two days (December 15-16). General To Lam, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security attended and delivered a keynote speech at the Congress.

The Party organization of the Security Guard Force under the Ministry of Public Security held its 9th Congress for the 2020-2025 term on August 14.

The Party organization of Ben Tre provincial police held its 9th Congress on August 6. Major General Tran Quoc To, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a keynote speech at the event.
