Vietnamese, Algerian PMs seek ways to strengthen bilateral ties
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called on the two countries to swiftly and effectively put in place reached agreements and commitments, and promptly finalise an action plan implementing the Strategic Partnership framework.
