PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security (MPS), in coordination with the Japan Embassy in Vietnam, organized a ceremony to exchange diplomatic notes for the non-project aid on providing equipment for MPS's National Center for Residents Data to upgrade its system, on the afternoon of December 18, in Hanoi.

PSNews - Japanese Ambassador Ito Naoki emphasized on November 26 that the relationship between Japan and Vietnam is growing stronger under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Japan pledged to stand to accompany and assist Vietnam as it embarks into the new “rising era”.
