Deputy PM hosts APEC Vision Group Chair
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh on November 30 welcomed Allan Wagner, who is Chair of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Vision Group and former Foreign Minister of Peru, who is in Hanoi to attend a conference on Vietnam’s 20-year APEC membership.
