Book giving program helps relieve people in quarantine areas
Since it was launched by the Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), the Vietnam Publishing Association and the Municipal Department of Information and Communications of HCMC in mid-July, the book distribution program has brought thousands of books to people in quarantine or locked down areas in Ho Chi Minh City.
