Oxfam releases The Commitment to Reducing Inequality Index 2018
The Index ranks 157 countries on their policies on social spending, tax, and labor rights - three areas the organizations say are critical to reducing inequality. Vietnam is in the top 10 most committed countries on progressive taxation and enhancing social spending.
