Priority should be given to perfecting market economic institution: Party chief
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong has stressed the need to prioritise perfecting the socialist-oriented market economic institution in 2018 following the Resolution of the 12th tenure Party Central Committee’s fifth plenary meeting.
