Vietnam will continue to build a safe, transparent and highly competitive business and investment environment, enabling businesses and investors, including foreign ones to operate for a long term in the country, stated Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh while chairing a conference with foreign direct investment (FDI) firms in Hanoi on October 16.
All problems can be solved with trust, sharing, listening, understanding and companionship, stated Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on April 22 while a meeting with foreign investors to listen to their opinions and seek measures to remove difficulties facing them.
Preferential policies should be applied selectively, targeting FDI businesses with effective operation rather than the scale of investment, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue said at a working session with the Ministry of Finance in Hanoi on February 28.
