Binh Duong province, a major coronavirus hotspot in southern Vietnam, is set to administer COVID-19 vaccines to more than 6,000 foreign experts as part of the next phase of the national rollout of the vaccine.

The administration of Quang Ngai province, central Vietnam, has outlined plans to put a total of 110 foreign experts into isolation in concentrated places in an effort to prevent the potential spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Vietnam must take further strides to tackle existing inadequacies in legal regulations and administrative procedures while making reasonable adjustments to foreign investment policies in order to lure additional capital inflows, experts have suggested.
