Four-way talks on ending a separatist conflict in eastern Ukraine finished without a breakthrough on Tuesday, with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier declaring that "lip service" statements were not enough to achieve lasting peace.

A German night featuring performances by local and overseas Vietnamese artists will be held at the Opera House in downtown HCMC on November 1 night on the occasion of a Vietnam visit by Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany.
