Party General Secretary and President To Lam, Chairman of the National Defence and Security Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, handed over a decision to promote Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Public Security Party Central Committee and Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang to General from Senior Lieutenant General on the afternoon of October 20th, at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi.

PSNews-The Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security have handed over the Prime Minister’s decisions to promote public security officers to the rank of General on December 30.
