Indian Coast Guard Ship, ICGS ‘VIJIT’ commanded by Commandant T Ashish, is on a four day goodwill visit to the Vietnamese port of Da Nang from 1^st to 4^th April 2019. The ship visit reflects the strong bilateral ties and growing defence and maritime cooperation between the two countries.

Three Royal Australian Navy (RAN) warships, HMAS ANZAC, HMAS TOOWOOMBA and HMAS SUCCESS will visit Vietnam from 19 to 22 April 2018 with a total crew of 73 officers and 569 sailors on a goodwill visit.
