#Hanoi Liberation Day

A propaganda poster exhibition will kick off in Son Tay township, Hanoi on October 4 as part of activities in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the capital's Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 – 2024), according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

A photo contest running with the theme “Tu hao Hanoi”, or Hanoi Pride, which has been organised by the capital city’s Department of Culture and Sports has received a total of 2,659 photographs submitted by 430 photographers from eight countries worldwide, nine months since the launch of the contest.

The vibrancy and distinctive features of Hanoi’s craft streets and villages are being reflected at a photo exhibition entitled “Hanoi in me” which opened at the Temple of Literature on October 9.

PSNews – A series of significant documents and photo of Hanoi from the 19^th century to the middle of 20^th century will be showcases at Hanoi’s pedestrian street from October 5, on the occasion of the 64^th anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2018).
