National Assembly Chairwoman receives out-going Japanese Ambassador
National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan praised the ideas and efforts of Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Umeda Kunio to promote the relations between Vietnam and Japan as well as between the two countries’ parliaments, during a reception for the out-going ambassador in Hanoi on March 19.
