The Immigration Department under the Ministry of Public Security held a press conference to announce the results of rolling out the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Vietnamese Citizens’ Entry and Exit and the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam (Law No. 23/2023/QH15) and automated border control gate (Autogate), on the morning of August 30, in Hanoi.

PSNews - The Vietnamese Government has resumed pre-pandemic procedures and processes on the issuance of visas and visa exemption certificate to foreigners and Vietnamese residing abroad since March 15, 2022, in line with the 2019 Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam and guideline documents.
