MPS leader praise policeman for his life-saving action
Major General Le Quoc Hung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, sent a letter praising Captain Hoang Ngoc Hao, Deputy Chief of the Kien Thiet Communal Police Post (Yen Son District, Tuyen Quang Province), who has recently saved a victim in flooding.
