President Tran Dai Quang, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation arrived in Lima, Peru on the afternoon of November 17 for the 24th High-level Week of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum from November 17-20, at the invitation of Peruvian President Pedro Paplo Kuczynsky.

The upcoming APEC summit in Peru will focus on how to help its member economies maintain their growth rate amidst signs of slowdown and declining global trade, according to Executive Director of APEC Secretariat Allan Bollard.
