PSNews - The Vietnam's trade office in Japan announced that, a year after Japan first opened its market to Vietnamese lychees, the export and consumption of the fruit have been going smoothly despite COVID-19.

Around 200 tons of Luc Ngan lychees will be transported to Thailand through air freight to be sold on Thai retail networks, tripling the volume exported to the market in 2017.

Vietnam mangosteens and lychees have been licenced to enter the US and Australia. This is a good sign for the fruit and vegetable sector.
