Vietnam's Cultural Outline plays important role in building the People's Public Security Forces, Minister To Lam
The Public Security Central Party Committee in collaboration with the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee and the National Political Publishing House of Truth held a national-level scientific seminar entitled "Promoting the value of Vietnam's Cultural Outline in building truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Forces", on the afternoon of June 12, in Nam Dinh province.
