Fund raising programme launched to support poor fishermen
A fund raising programme was launched on May 8 in Hanoi by the Vietnam Red Cross Society, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the National Humanitarian Portal 1400 to support the country’s poor fishermen.
