PSNews - Organ transplantation is recognised as one of the 10 greatest science and technological inventions that changed the lives of mankind in the 20th century.

PSNews - The National Coordination Center for Organ Transplantation coordinated with Hue Central Hospital to hold a ceremony to announce the establishment of the Center for Organ Transplantation of Hue Central Hospital and launch a movement of donating tissues and organs.

PSNews - After 25 years, Vietnam began transplanting liver in 2004, heart in 2010, kidney-pancreas in 2014, and lung in 2017. 

There are 18 hospitals qualified for organ transplantation in Vietnam at present, 25 years since the first successful kidney transplant in the country.
