Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To Dr., Assoc. Prof., made a keynote speech at the 2023-2024 school year opening ceremony of the People's Police College I, on the afternoon of September 7 in Hanoi.

The People's Police College 1 (PPC1) held a ceremony in Hanoi to open its 2020 – 2021 school year. Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Assoc. Prof. Dr., Deputy Minister of Public Security attended and delivered a speech.

Luong Thi Hoai Thuong is awarded as People’s Police College I outstanding student with the average grade of 9.1, being promoted from rank Sergeant Major to Junior Lieutenant.
