PM Chinh stressed that the Vietnamese youth must maintain firm political resolve, remain steadfast in their ideals and continuously innovate in both mindset and action. He encouraged young people to strive to realise their aspirations and ambitions.
PM Chinh encouraged local residents to explore additional crops and livestock suitable for intercropping in order to maximise land use efficiency. Farmers were also urged to strengthen cooperation with one another and with businesses by joining cooperatives, consolidating land resources and working together to expand production and improve incomes.
On the North–South high-speed railway, PM Chinh underscored its urgency for achieving double-digit growth, urging rapid completion of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, parallel land clearance, and consideration of all three investment models—State, private, and PPP—ensuring balanced interests.
