PMs of Vietnam and Russia hold phone talks
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on December 24 had a phone conversation on a score of measures to further improve the efficiency of bilateral coordination across multiple areas.
