Remittances to hit US$5.2 billion this year
Overseas remittances to Ho Chi Minh City is expected to total US$5.2 billion this year, up 4.5% year-on-year, said an official of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).
HCM City remittances worth $2.1 billion in H1
Remittances to HCM City in the first six months of the year were worth US$2.1 billion, marginally up from the same period last year, according to the State Bank of Viet Nam’s HCM City branch.
