Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov affirmed Russia’s full support for cooperation between the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and the ruling United Russia party, adding that inter-party relations continue to flourish.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov agreed on measures to effectively boost bilateral ties during their talks in Hanoi on March 23. 

Russia does not interfere in other countries' interior affairs, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday at the start of his first meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
