HCM City, Slovakia city set up relationship
On November 15, Ho Chi Minh City and Slovakia’s eastern city of Kosice signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on establishing bilateral friendship and cooperation as part of the ongoing visit of Kosice Governor Richard Rasi.
