Vietnam strongly condemns terrorism in all forms and firmly believes that the perpetrators will be strictly punished, said spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang on March 23 in response to the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia that left numerous casualties a day earlier.
Vietnam believes that the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) should be based on open, inclusive and transparent principles in line with international law, while ensuring ASEAN's central role and supplementing existing economic links, stated Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang.
Vietnam always opposes and does not accept all claims in the East Sea that are inconsistent with international law, including the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (1982 UNCLOS), spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang said on January 14.
The nation, along with other ASEAN members, consider Myanmar to be an important part of the ASEAN family, with hopes that Myanmar will continue to make positive contributions to the process of building the ASEAN community, as well as to peace, security, and stability in the region.
