Nghe An residents live submerged after floods
Three days after flooding triggered by recent Storm Molave, it has stopped raining in Nghe An province, but floods recede slowly and local people still live submerged in water.

Storm Molave, the ninth in the East Sea this year, landed on the central coast from Quang Nam to Binh Dinh on October 28, according to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
