The Ministry of Health on October 22 announced the test results of 247 samples of fish sauce brands taken in 5 provinces. Accordingly, 100% samples of fish sauce samples are safe, as the Ministry of Health can’t found any sample with inorganic arsenic level exceeding the permitted limit of 1mg per liter.

The Ministry of Health has instructed the Binh Duong provincial Health Department to keep a close watch on suspected Zika virus inspections after a Zika case was detected in the southern province.
