Dien Bien Phu-Nguyen Tri Phuong tunnel opens to traffic ahead of APEC
PSNews - The road tunnel at the intersection of Dien Bien Phu and Nguyen Tri Phuong streets (Da Nang city) was opened to traffic on November 1. This is one of the key projects in preparation for the APEC Summit 2017 on November 6-11.
