The high-level General Debate of UNGA 81 runs from September 22 to 28. It serves as a crucial forum for world leaders to share visions and seek solutions to pressing global issues.

Lateef emphasised that awarding the FPA Medal to General Secretary and President To Lam serves as a tribute both to the Vietnamese leader personally and to a Vietnam that is undergoing robust transformation and integrating more deeply, proactively, and responsibly into regional and global affairs.
