Vietnam and US cooperate to extradite two U.S. fugitives
U.S. and Vietnamese law enforcement authorities coordinated the capture and return of two U.S. citizen fugitives located in Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau City. Vietnam Police officials from the Office of Police Investigation Agency, under the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security, arrested two U.S. fugitives this month based on U.S. federal arrest warrants.
