PSNews - From early afternoon of February 11 (i.e. the 7th day of the Lunar New Year), thousands of people flocked to the Vieng Market in Nam Dinh Province to join the once-in-a-year fair.

From the afternoon of the 7th day of the first lunar month, which falls on February 11 this year, people flock to the northern province of Nam Dinh for a unique market which is held only once a year to sell - guess what - bad luck as well as to buy good luck for the year to come.

PSNews – Although the weather was bad with heavy rains, about 10 thousand people and 1 thousand vehicles arrived in the market.

PSNews - Once in a year, the Vieng market festival is held from midnight of 7th day of the first month of the lunar new year) in Vu Ban, Nam Dinh.  This year’s market was opened at midnight, February 3^rd, but many arrived early in the marketplace in the afternoon.
