Poor children in Lai Chau start school year in destitution
Today, when all the students in big cities are enjoying their first day of the 2018-2019 academic year in well-equipped schools, poor children in Lai Chau have to sit next to the Nam Nga stream as they attend the opening ceremony for the school year.
