PSNews - In celebration of the 88th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2019), the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has launched the Youth Photography Festival 2019 in Hanoi.
