The Party, State and people of Vietnam always attach great importance to and are determined to preserve and promote the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.

The visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security of the Lao People's Democratic Republic once again demonstrates the political trust, brotherly affection, and comradeship between the People's Public Security Forces of Vietnam and Laos.

Several of the Orders of the Lao State and army were presented to outstanding collectives and individuals of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) for their contributions to the traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries and armies at a ceremony in Hanoi on September 6.
