#Vietnam's National Day

The UN Secretary General and foreign leaders have sent congratulatory letters and messages to Vietnamese Party and State leaders on the occasion of the 78th National Day of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - 2023).

US officials spoke highly of Vietnam's role in the world while attending a virtual ceremony held by the Vietnamese Embassy in the US on September 10 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day (September 2).​

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his spouse chaired a ceremony marking the 75th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day (September 2) in Hanoi on August 28.

The Vietnamese Embassies in Japan and Australia on August 31 organised ceremonies to mark the country’s 73rd National Day (September 2).
