The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has licensed the Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Holding Corp., Ltd. (Vinacomin) and Dong Bac Corporation to ship abroad more than two million tonnes of coal this year.
The Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) has produced 24.58 million tonnes of coal in the first eight months of the year, accounting for 68.3 percent of the annual plan.
The Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Group (Vinacomin) sold 8.6 million tonnes of coal in the first quarter of 2017, up 3% compared to the same period last year.
