Singapore's ruling People's Action Party (PAP) led by PM Lee won the general election on July 10 with a majority, gaining 83 out of 93 seats in the parliament.
According to the Elections Department Singapore, more than 2.5 million voters cast their ballots, accounting for more than 95% of the total number of eligible voters, 2% higher than the 2015 general election.
