Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam inspect command center for security of 13th National Party Congress

PSNews - Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Head of the Subcommittee for Security of the 13th National Party Congress, inspected the Command Center of the Ministry of Public Security for Security and Safety of the 13th National Party Congress on January 25.

Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Head of the Subcommittee for Security of the 13th National Party Congress, inspected the Command Center of the Ministry of Public Security for Security and Safety of the 13th National Party Congress at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), on January 25.

At the working session, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam checked the connection between the command centers of the Ministry of Public Security, which have been set up to serve the work of ensuring security and safety for the 13th National Party Congress.

Leaders of the relevant public security units under the Ministry of Public Security and local-level police units briefed Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam on their task performances.  

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam acknowledged the efforts of the all participating public security units and Hanoi Municipal Police Department in ensuring security and safety for the 13th National Party Congress.

" Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong, and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong are very pleased with the work of ensuring security during the preparatory session of the 13th National Party Congress", Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam said, citing a notice from the Party Central Committee’s Office.

In order to ensure absolute safety and security for the 13th National Party Congress on the coming days, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam asked all participating units to ensure smooth connections between command centers of the Ministry of Public Security.

The on-duty force was required to strictly implement the working plans and measures to ensure absolute security and safety for all Party and State leaders and delegates to the Congress while maintaining traffic order and minimizing the impact of the traffic control on people's travel during the event.

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam also requested all relevant units to actively follow weather forecasts and take care of their on-duty officers’ health.
