Party General Secretary To Lam attends meeting between leaders of Public Security Ministry and Hung Yen province

The Public Security Central Party Committee held a working session with the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee on the afternoon of February 7 in Hanoi.

The session was attended by Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang; Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chief of the Party Central Committee’s Office Pham Gia Tuc; Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia; along with other members of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.

Overview of the session.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia stated that the cooperation, particularly in implementing key projects such as the PVF Stadium project, between the Ministry of Public Security and Hung Yen province had proceeded on schedule.

Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized that Hung Yen province will continue to create favorable conditions in terms of administrative procedures, infrastructure and human resources to implement projects executed by the Ministry of Public Security as well as by the province, such as the Cybersecurity Industrial Park and the Peacekeeping Training and Capacity Development Center.

After hearing the report, General Secretary To Lam highly appreciated the projects invested in by the Ministry of Public Security in Hung Yen province, noting that they are all international-level projects, serving national interests and contributing to national defense and security as well as socio-economic development.

He also commended the effective coordination between the Ministry of Public Security and Hung Yen province over the past period.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the General Secretary extended his best Tet wishes to the Party organization, authorities and people of Hung Yen province, as well as to the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, expressing his hope that they would continue to uphold solidarity and unity and successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.

For his part, Minister Luong Tam Quang pledged that the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee will seriously study and follow the instructions given by General Secretary To Lam, while affirming his commitment to strengthening coordination with the local authorities to successfully accomplish the projects, meeting all the set task requirements and reaching all the set objectives.

The Minister stated that the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee wished to continue receiving care and guidance of General Secretary To Lam in order to effectively implement the projects related to the tasks  of ensuring security and order and promoting local socio-economic development.
