PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc called on the northern city of Hai Phong to create new vitality and fresh confidence for business and investment.

The Government chief made the remark today while working with the local authorities of Hai Phong.

Export turnover valued over US$ 3.8 billion. FDI attraction touched US$ 2.66 billion, making Hai Phong the largest FDI recipient.
