Bulgarian President Rumen Radev’s official visit to Vietnam ahead of the 75th anniversary of the diplomatic relations next year demonstrates the Balkan country’s commitment to enhancing and upgrading the traditional friendship with Vietnam, Bulgarian Ambassador Pavlin Todorov has said.
The Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security celebrated 75 years since Uncle Ho gave six teachings to the People's Public Security Forces (March 11, 1948), on the morning of March 6, 2023, in Hanoi.
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022), Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, leading a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers at the Duy Tien Wounded Soldiers Nursing Center and Kim Bang Wounded Soldiers Nursing Center (Ha Nam province) on the morning of July 18.
