The art of direction and organization of revolution
The great victory of the August Revolution in 1945 resulted from a successful combination of different factors, of which the most noticeable is the Party's and President Ho Chi Minh's statecraft in directing and organizating the general uprising. The revolution was conducted from the partial insurrection at localities to the general uprising to take power on the national scale.
