PSNews - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh visited and presented gifts to children with disabilities at the Vo Hong Son childcare center in Nghia Hanh district of the central province of Quang Ngai on April 10.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved a national project designed to give children with disabilities better access to community-based protection, care and education services from 2018 – 2025.
