Deputy Foreign Minister Ha Kim Ngoc held a working session with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres as part of his attendance at the Tenth Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons on August 3 at the UN headquarters in New York.

A workshop was held recently in Ho Chi Minh City by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to address issues related to implementing and funding the Paris Agreement commitments.

The fourth Meeting of Mayors and Governors of ASEAN Capital Cities opened in Vientiane on November 15 in Vientiane, Laos, focusing on the commitments and responsibilities of ASEAN capital cities towards an integrated association.
