Policeman dead on duty awarded honor posthumously
State President Nguyen Phu Trong on October 20 signed a decision to posthumously award the second-class Fatherland Protection Order to Captain Truong Van Thang, a policeman based in Huong Viet commune, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri.
