The Republic of Korea (RoK) permitted the entry of approximately 100 Vietnamese guest workers at Incheon International Airport on March 17 following the East Asian country reopening its border to foreign workers.
The police forces in Quang Ninh, where a large number of Vietnamese and foreign workers and experts work and live, have had various effective approach to manage the province’s changing population due to migrant workers, contributing to ensuring security and order as well as to preventing crimes and social evils.
