Vietnam is facing an increasing risk of trade defence lawsuits as exports expand after the country's active international integration and participation in free trade agreements (FTAs).

Free trade agreements (FTA), including the latest one signed between Vietnam and the EU, will benefit the domestic fertilizer sector, with more diverse import and export markets, experts said.

The signing and implementation of free trade agreements has increased Vietnam's tax collection this year, said Luu Manh Tuong, director of Import-Export Tax Department under Vietnam Customs.
